At Momount, we do our best to provide you with a fast, clear, and hassle-free shipping experience. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping process:

1. Delivery Area

Countries: We currently deliver to the United States, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Romania, and the Czech Republic

2. Shipping Costs

United States, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Romania, and the Czech Republic: Free shipping on all orders.

No hidden fees: All costs are clearly displayed when you finalize your order.

3. Order Processing Time

Order preparation: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Cutoff time: 10:00 AM (Central European Time).

Weekend orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping days: Monday to Friday.

Total time between order and delivery: 6 to 9 business days.

5. Shipping Process

Trusted carriers: Shipping is ensured by our logistics partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Insured packages: All packages are fully insured.

Eco-friendly packaging: We prioritize the use of environmentally friendly materials.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

6bis. Required Contact Information and Exceptional Delays

Required phone number: For certain international deliveries, carriers require a valid phone number to contact the recipient and finalize delivery.

Exceptional cases: In the absence of a valid phone number or if incorrect information is provided during ordering, delivery may exceptionally take longer than the estimated timelines indicated above.

Procedure: In this case, our customer service will contact you to obtain the missing information and allow the shipping to proceed as quickly as possible.

Responsibility: Momount cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Promotional Items

Information: Gift items (e.g., protective film, tripod, case) are promotional bonuses in limited quantities. In case of stock shortage, they may not be included in your order.

No impact on order: The absence of gift items does not affect the validity of your order or your right to return the main product. Bonuses are neither replaceable nor eligible for compensation.

8. Missing Items

Notification: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package at contact@momount.com.

Solution: After verification, we will resend the missing item or refund its value.

9. Return Policy

Timeline: You have 30 days after receipt of your order to declare and return an item.

Return costs:
Broken / defective / wrong item sent: Momount fully covers return costs.
Change of mind / dissatisfaction: Return costs are your responsibility.

Return conditions: The product must be unused, intact, and in its original packaging.

Refund timeline: Up to 7 business days after receipt of your returned package.

Exchange: We do not offer direct exchanges – simply return the product and place a new order.

10. Restocking Fees

No fees: Momount never charges restocking fees.

11. Return Costs by Reason

Defective / wrong item sent: 100% of costs are covered by Momount.

Change of mind / dissatisfaction: Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
